To save time for you to read the comments. The Duplicate Function does NOT work with the new Shared Library. If you think about converting to Shared Library. This one is not for you.

Few quick question as to how these work please. Do these scan shared libraries? Also how do we force for a re-scan? I know for a fact I have a ton of duplicates 
(both exact and approximate copies) but for some reason this is not finding most of those.

This a great feature! Understanding that all photos are automatically in the Recents Album, so if I have added a particular photo or photos from the default recents album to other albums I have created, does the duplicates feature bring up both photos? The one in recents and the one in the other album? If so, and I merge, does the merged photo stay in the Recents Album and is taken out of the other album I had it in? Thanks!

Question: if it finds two of same photos but photos have different dates in metadata. If you merge, which one remains? Older or newer?
