I have had several Personal Trainers who never explained these exercises as well as you did. It seems like they know to show 50% of the move, and definitely didn't understand "the Why". Thank you!

Trust me, this stuff does not work. You MUST strengthen progressively, through the entire range of motion, of the spine and hips. Locking and bracing neutral spine is helpful, but only in that 1 position. This sensitizes other positions and weakens them, such that, they are super vulnerable to pain or injury. Ive been teaching back rehab for 34 years and when I trained neutral bracing techniques, everyone kept re injuring themselves. This is a good STEP 1, of a 10 step strength program.
