How to make a Louisiana Fried Catfish Po-boy

New Orleans Native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make a Fried Catfish Po-boy. A Po-boy is a traditional sandwich from Louisiana. It consists of any type of meat such as roast beef and Patton's hot sausage. It also contains any type of seafood such as fried catfish. This recipe calls for a 12inch 1 foot long Po-boy that you can cut in half and serve 2 people. You can also serve this Po-boy with French fries if you like. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.
