Great job! You really showed the difference by acting things out. It also kind of looked like Tomo didn’t want to lend you the money. 😂

Thank you, Jen, for this video.
*At school, I always borrowed books from the library. Also, when I was a kid, my friends borrowed me their toys, and I lent them mine.
*Banks lend money, but they charge interest. It is their business. So, if you want to borrow money from the bank, it is important to consider the interest rate and compare it with other banks.

Hi, Jen. Two words in this lesson, but remarkable, because I'm sure that in some countries like mine, we use a single word for both cases, although we have to specify with two other words whether we ask or give. I do not remember something important that I have borrowed, unless we can consider borrowing money for buying a house, what we call mortgage🏠. But other than that, in terms of books is common the fact of borrowing and lending📚. 🙂.I wish you to have a happy week.

Hello mam,
Please guide us mam. We have a trolley mounted machine in our factory. Actually sometimes the wheel of this trolley often comes out due to some mechanical fault. Resulting, we are to fix it again in its place. Hence, I want to know that what will be the correct translation of this sentence? Suppose I have to complain that wheel has come out from the trolley. please let us know the perfect and attractive sentence so that we can report the formal and attractive way.

I say 'May I borrow your pen?' ... Can I borrow your pen? sounds more like... 'Am I capable of borrowing your pen?' which is a different question to May I borrow your pen?
