This look delicious! Is the sterilized straw that you made on the brick stove in there? I harvested a wild "chicken of the woods" near my driveway a few months ago that weighed in at 18 pounds! I never ate so much mushrooms! A 1" thick slice with butter and salt and pepper could pass a blindfold test for a chicken breast!
