If you have an error with ld.exe ("skipping complete" for instance) you must reinstalled sfml because there is a problem to binaries (32 et 64 bit)
Then if "undefined reference" (or something like that) you installed too a sfml isn't for you. Take the version with "GCC"

i have problem in 5.30 when i type .\main the vsc respond nothing. and if i run manually it says "main.cpp:1:10: fatal error: SFML/Graphics.hpp: No such file or directory"

if you get this error when typing "make clean" change the "rm" to "del"
