Coffee yes.. You have all my childhood favorites.. Can't eat them anymore😥😥.. I had oatmeal for breakfast and 2 cups of coffee.. Trader Joe's or SPROUTS hauls are always good...It is 26 right now going for a high of 46🙂🙂.. Then the weather goes back up to the 50's😭😭... I really would like to see snow for Christmas that is my wish every year.. lol... I used a heating pad when I had cramps they work really well and yes Tylenol helps... Look forward to the shopping vlog to morrow .. High fives, hugs, kisses and love y'all....

Have you tried a menstrual cup? I have PCOS and tampons always made my cramps so much worse. I bought a cup and I've used it for two cycles now and honestly I'm hooked!!

I’m really open to anything but since you have to do Sprouts I say there. Is there anything you buy from Sprouts that you can’t get elsewhere...besides your flax milk? I have a Sprouts super close but I’m not always sure what to get there?

Sorry if you have answered this before but i was wondering if you and nate were planning/wanting anymore kids? Im nowhere close to being pregnant or wanting kids but was curious since youre on a fitness journey. I am on my fitness journey as well and selfishly i always think to myself, am i ever going to reach my fitness goals where im comfortable with having a baby? Im no longer a spring chicken if you know what i mean haha. Hopefully you get what im trying to say. If my question is too personal, no biggie! But i was just curious! 😘

I love the teal theme ♥️♥️!!Teal is my favorite color, and the glitter is an added beauty bonus. I love miyoko's butter that was one of my very first online orders ever was from her website I ordered the vegan butter the garlic butter and I think it was the original cheddar sauce it was the most amazing cashew based I couldn't believe how similar and actually tastes better than the dairy butter and garlic butter she really is rocking the plant world ♥️

Recommend Love Grown Cereals: strawberry flavor and chocolate flavor are great as just grab a handful for a snack and I love using the regular flavor for savory or even sweet adding toppings snack it's all bean and lentil based and I think garbanzo beans too !!! but it doesn't really have a strong Bean flavor 😍

I found the Orgain Peppermint Hot Coco protein powder with the help of an employee at Sprouts in the holiday section hiding tucked away today I can't wait to try it and they said they would still have it through the end of January 2019 so I will have to stock up 😃
