RE: Ashley HomeStore, 1174 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, DE 19701. When I called the store on 2/7/20 at 302-595-4069, I spoke to Sharon. Sharon about my 10 day old recliner broken, said she would contact the repair company who was already scheduled to come out on 3-20-20 for the love seat I purchased. I got a call from 301-782-3869 saying due to us picking the chair up from the store the warranty was void.

I called back the store and again spoke to Sharon who said, because you picked up the chair the warranty was voided. I explained that was not said to us. Sharon said regardless, on the back of the receipt it says it. I told her I did not have the receipt with me would she please read that to me. Sharon read the back of the receipt regarding customer pickup and nowhere did it say the warranty would be null and void. She agreed the warranty was not mentioned, but said her manager also agreed that is what was meant.

Funny! I made the biggest mistake of my life and bought Ashley furniture... I fluff and turn over and my furniture of less than 2 years is horrible! So embarrassed I don't invite people over! I tell people right away DO NOT BUY from Ashley!
