FYI for those who doubt. Sesame seeds - and the oil in particular - have anti-bacterial properties. The only suggestions here are oil pulling (oral cleansing) and applying to the inside of nostrils and sniffing a little to clean nasal passages. It is not meant to be inhaled into your lungs. Though it can be ingested. We do eat sesame seeds after all.

Garlic is also a powerful anti-bacterial, anti-biotic, and anti-viral! It's one of the main foods that keep people in the Mediterranean (like Italy) so healthy. The Mediterranean diet is an excellent way for all of us to stay healthy!
