Alex, when I was a valet, I used to average between 5 and 7 miles in a parking lot that was about the size of a football field. And as you know, those are sprinting miles, not jogging miles 😂

I hope you reviewed with your client after the fact and they made it right for you. I've had similar problems with my catering business with clients trying to reduce fees by estimating extremely low in the cases of a open invite event. In addition to this, I hope they made some effort to reverse possible negative viewpoints on your company. Big petpeeve of mine dealing with poor reviews due to customers giving me poor information. Of course you made the right move with how visible your company is by taking fault, but I believe you weren't completely at fault here.

Why didn't you just refuse to park more then the cars you were contracted for? And did your company get paid extra for going way past what was contracted?
