Let's be honest, there is no denying Gaby Spartz is a terrible, terrible caster. There is actually no reason for wizards to have her at a caster position other than she's a woman and her looks is 'good enough' to appear in front of a camera. And that is actually really sexist. I have nothing against female casters, but why don't you just hire a female caster who understands the game. Noone cares about the looks of a caster. This is ridiculous. She makes me want to mute the audio... If you so desperately need her, then make her the 'in-the-field-reporter' - let her walk around the site, interview people etc. Just. Don't. Let. Her. Cast.
