Trust in the Lord: Proverbs 3:5–6 - with Nick Vujicic

I want you to know today that sometimes we feel like, “God if I could just get there, and then everything's going to be okay.”

No, the pinnacle and delight of our relationship with God is that we are His children who trust Him. When we trust in Him, despite what we sometimes face in our life and question, “Where are you?” We can still say, “God please help me or change this, but I still trust in You because You're good, and You're faithful, and Your promises are true.

I want you to know that what really is important for me is daily also acknowledging Him. Maybe in your daily prayer life, start reading out the beautiful blessings of God that you haven't taken time to even acknowledge Him or thank Him for, and as you reflect on this, it actually gives you faith to remember the goodness of God, the years prior.

So know that God is the same today, tomorrow, and forever! He will never change. His love remains, and I want you to know that He loves You. Keep on trusting in Him. He will be with you, and He will always pull you through.

I appreciate the message that you gave about this passage of Scripture. I have spent much time meditating on these verses, and I have deepened my understanding of how to apply these verses to the advancement of my faith in God. First of all, in regards to "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding" (Proverbs 3:5). In applying this part of the verses, I see this as that even though I always want to make the wisest choicest that I can make everyday of my life (Ecclesiastes 2:13-14; Proverbs 4:5-27), that I still do not know everything that will happen as each day goes by, as Solomon said in the Bible, "..then I saw all that God has done. No one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. Despite all their efforts to search it out, no one can discover its meaning. Even if the wise claim they know, they cannot really comprehend it." -- (Ecclesiastes 7:17). Additionally, no one but God knows what will happen in the future, and as a result, I trust in the LORD with all my heart in that I believe in God's words, "For I know the plans I have for you, " declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." -- (Jeremiah 29:11). God's understanding of His plans to prosper me will happen as long as I keep making the wisest decisions that I can and keep trusting that He knows how to fulfill His promises to me, which is the continuation of "in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." -- (Proverbs 3:6). I want God to keep directing my life, as once again, I do not understand everything that the future brings, but by faith, I believe God will keep showing me the paths to take, including especially by agreeing to live by the Spirit and stay in step with the Spirit (Galatians 5:25).

Path to Paradise is not without trials

Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Almighty God?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Almighty God is near!

I've been experiencing alot of pain in my body lately.
This morning when I woke up. I heard the voice of the Holy Spirit telling me in my half asleep mind this Scripture to" Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path."
Im forever grateful to my God for always being with me thru every situation in my life.
God I praise you and bless your holy name. The name above every other name. I always believe that Christ is a miracle worker and my body will be completely healed in Jesus name from all these pain and problems that I have suffered long enough. Amen!! 🙏🙏💚🥺
