Finn as Igorot my self from Mt. Province I learned to ate binungor and sinursuran which has majority ingredients of wild pepper (maybe a brigade size of pepper) . Natutunan ko yan sa Pinukpuk particulary in Brgy Balayangon when I was assigned in Alpha Company, 48IB, 5ID, PA way back mid 1990. Halos lahat na taga Kalinga mahihilig sa sili. Matago tago tako kabuyon nga eKalinga. Sabi nila grabe ang taga Bicol kung mag sili, pero natikman ko ang Bicol dishes, wala sa kalingkingan sa pagsisili ng mga taga Kalinga.

Just as I am missing my homeland and one of my favorite food, the "BINONGOR", I stumbled upon this video hahaha Kuya Kim you tricked Finn into eating 1 spoon of JILOKJOK, even growing up in KALINGA I can't eat 1 spoonful in one go, Congratulations Kuya Kim and Finn, you're a certified yKalinga for eating these foods hehehe
