If you would opt for Thunderbelt, build Thunderbelt as early as possible..
You will need to hit Enemy Heroes multiple times to gain more Defense, and its for both Physical and Magic. Its the best Defense/Attack Item available.

Clint has long range basic attack that can hit multiple enemy, which means he can gains much more chance than tank/fighter to triger the stacking passive.( do not forget thunder belt can stacking more than 1 time if u hit multiple heros)
So it's easy for him to stacking a average 3-5 hyb def per min even after cut in half.
I'd say he has around 2x chance than tank/fighters to stacking so offset the "half def gains", means he got same benefit as tank/fighter in the end
if you buy the thunder belt as 2nd item before 10mins, then usually u can have 40+ hyb def from this item including the original attributes in the late game
800hp, 20 mvet speed, 40+ hyb def in the late game plus a slow down effect, that's not bad at all.

As a clint main, I won't suggest Thunderbelt since the effects are reduced by 50% for mm.

8:54 masha was trying to triger her passive by doing basic atk to blue buff so he can get her one hp bar but you took buff so she can't trigger passive thats y she recall, masha is kind of useless when she has 1hp bar

i build it with the new i tem that increases range and the new sky piercer item. the range is insanely long with passive and sky piercer can ks

normally i use thunder belt against the hyper carries since two months as first item cause mitigates a lot of the damage in the early game and it's worth for late game.

I'm a Clint main who used to build thunder belt in every game even before the rework. Too bad they removed mana from it. 😢😢

The most ridiculous build I tried with clint was thunderbelt + endless battle + starliym scythe + guardian helm + bod + holy crystal. (Sold boots after 3 first items) The last three items increases the true damage of the passives of first 3, and clint 2nd uses magic scaling. I kid you not, I solely dealt 40% damage, melted tanks (sounds fake but isn't).

General I suggest you use Impure Rage since it is buff and it is very good on Clint who does a lot damage

I try build thunderbelt in 1st item on clint and its really good, 52 stack around 10 min, no need boots
