Great Video. I live in England and have my whole life and I can definitely attest to the underlying mood of people from the UK. There are quite a lot of people who will be grumpy or aggressive towards you by default for no reason. British people often walk around judging everything negatively. It doesn't help that a complaint is probably the most common conversation starter. Society is very appearance and status based, no one wants you to be successful if it means you are more successful than them. The crabs in a bucket analogy is real and is something I really admire Americans for dispelling. Also, that strange interaction you had on the train was not a one-off thing, that's just another weird subculture, . Everyone's school had a group like that. Central London is kinda cool, but if you don't want to become an investment banker it's totally unaffordable. The house I live in rn has 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, is not in a particularly good location or condition, has a tiny kitchen, but is some how worth $500, 000+, take into account excluding central london the average salary is about $33, 000. London gives the impression that the UK is a sophisticated, advanced, world-leading country that is just as prosperous as its contemporaries, but it's all a facade. I don't totally hate the UK. It definitely has some good aspects, like the comedy and culture, but I want to leave for sure.

If you are an urban city type person, London is fantastic! All the good and bad mixed together, like NYC.

Harsh winter ? Looks more like summer to me. You gotta come to Sweden for some harsh winter. We got like -10 right now and tons of snow and that is considered a normal winter here, not harsh 😅.

Its only been getting dark that early because it’s literally just become winter, on the flip side in the midst of summer it gets light around 4am & not dark until even after 10.30pm ‘ish, literally the only reason it was short days like that is because of winter which can even feel weird for is because majority of the time our days aren’t at all short like that
Plus spring, summer & autumn weather ( even often cold but sunny fresh winter days ) are often beautiful, the weathers definitely been stormy & even a blahh the last month or so, so hope you get to experience the sides of it in the future but even so liked your upload about my wonderful city & most of it was fairly true & a pretty good representation, thank you 😉
Peace & love 🙏

I am UK born and raised, parents from Pakistan. First off I disagree about the Indo-Pak girls - the ones you saw that you thought were from there were probably Moroccan, Egyptian or Jordanian aka Arab. Those three nationalities can pass for Indo-Paks and they are much better looking, better bodies, and less full of themselves

The grandeur of the city can take the edge off a little bit, and make living here slightly less of a struggle, especially during the long dark winters. But, that depends if you actually look up and take it in every once in a while

Londoners are ok, not too miserable, and not too friendly. I think they have a harsh reputation given by the rest of the country but most people are polite with good manners especially the elders as you pointed out. It is definitely the least racist city in the UK and if you've got game, you can date any race with the exception of Afro-Carribean women who don't date out, you will rarely see one with a white, brown, or east-Asian man

I wouldn't live here unless you are earning a minimum of £100k p/a. Even then I am living in a house share, with my own double room in central London (zone 1) paying £1k+ p/m and getting by moderately comfortably whilst I save to move to SE Asia - Bangkok or HCMC

Outside of London, the races all stick together when it comes to dating, much like how you said it is in the US, and the racism is slightly higher but not like it was pre early 2000s

Hey dude thanks for reviewing London where it's my favourite city cos I love and hate it at the same time. Tbh, uk culture is one of the best cultures in europe cos at least you can say sorry when you bump into anyone and manners but other things is pretty much con like drinking culture is more than colombia or same thing cos friday nights and saturday nights they all go out and get drunk every time compared to other countries in EU. So true about rent prices especially during covid and brexit and everything is expensive so honestly it's good that you visited and gave some real perspective on it, but trust me if you spend a year or two years in London I think you not going to enjoy London on a long term. I'm a Londoner and grew up there and I agree that indian and pakistani girls are some of the most beautiful and hottest girls in europe history, but also they are muslim so it's harder for you to mingle with them on a day to day basis unless you live there.

Bro you should go to the Caribbean... you will love it and people will treat you better than in South or Central America. Cuba or dominican republic. Blessings...

I think you should visit eastern europe its probably better than western europe. Thats the little secret of europe thy dont want you to know. The people maybe just as cold as people in western europe like france or uk or germany. But the biggest difference is they are honest. and theres less racial judgement there as well. Once they are your friends you can really count on them as a reliable friend. In western europe its more about how will i benefit from this relationship etc. Thats the big difference between slavic people and anglo saxons and its what in my opinion makes slavic people and culture way better...

I enjoyed this video. It was balanced but mostly positive. Most videos are either a place is paradise or more and more I see a place is a dump and on the verge of collapse. That must get more clicks.

Best thing about London is that its very cosmopolitan and varied. Biggest downside is that its too crowded and has become more and more expensive year on year, with ordinarily things becoming stupidly priced and unaffordable.

London has been voted World's number one city and is top 3 most visited cities in the world. The city is what you make it and can depend on your attitude also.

Incoming all the generic “London is a shithole because of foreigners” brain dead comments on every video about London lol. London is amazing but I feel the weather definitely makes people miserable and it’s gotten far too expensive now.

London is in perpetual decline WHILE having perpetually increasing prices ... a multicultural dystopia which tries to force acceptance of ALL cultures and therefore ends up alienating the one in which built it and thus has 0 culture ...

As an American I’m curious. Is there a big enough culture change in different regions in England? In America I think you can always find your niche in life. From people to weather. In Germany there seems to be 2 distinct cultures in north and south. What are the cultural differences in England?

London and NYC are too similar except that it's just a tad bit more expensive. London destroyed my dollar lol.
