Ailenin Korunması Evrensel Bir İnsan Hakkıdır. Herkes ailenin korunmasını toplumu oluşturan tüm kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlardan ve devletten isteme hakkına sahiptir. Türkiye İnsan Hakları ve Eşitlik Kurumu “ailenin korunması”nı insan haklarının genelini etkileyen en temel haklardan biri olarak değerlendirmekte ve önemsemektedir.

The right to protection of family is a universal human right. All people have the right to demand the protection of their families by the state and by all persons, institutions and organizations that make up society. Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey deems protection of family as a basic human right that affects all other human rights and attaches importance to it as such.
