This is a piece of hardware that is made up of modules that execute the double dabble algorithm. Its purpose is to convert binary numbers to decimal. You can see on the left-hand side a counter counting in binary and on the right-hand side a display showing the number in decimal.
The converter is able to convert 40 binary numbers (8-bit numbers) every second and has a delay (from input to output) of 13 ticks or 0.325 seconds.
Because it's made of identical modules, it's extendable to convert numbers of any size.
