For those who got confused in A12 of RAM, it is a don't care condition and the value of don't care shouldn't be mentioned in both Chip selection and in address lines. So in RAM we just ignore value of A12

what will we do if more than 3 address lines are left/unused and we have to use 3:8 decoder only
