HOW TO RWD A MK1 FIESTA - Bens Cossie Fiesta build

I managed to pop over and see Bens latest crazy build and looked into whats involved with converting a Mk1 Fiesta over to be RWD. I thought it would be handy to use some refence images and Videos from Marc, SteveD, Danny, Kieran and Dave Andrews. Id like to say thank you for sending these exta bits. It made all the difference. let me know your thoughts on this video, good or bad. Im always looking to improve my content.

Capri column stalks have a fair bit of rake back towards the driver so better suit a deep steering wheel.

I reckon cause fiestas are pretty cheap rn u get a fairly rotton mk1-2 and rwd that as a drifter or track one and keep urs fwd

Wouldn't you stick transverse with yours & go for a Kuga based AWD setup? Less invasive if you can actually get the box in without hacking the entire corner out to make space.

Brought a tear to my eyes that mind, was a Mk 1 XR2 nut back in the day and had this crazy idea of doing a Cossie swap / rwd Mk1 after seeing a green Mk1 Escort Cossie swap in Fast Ford, that car had the floor pans welded into the Mk1 shell, no doudt you guys will know of it. Never happened on my part but these cars are a part of my soul.
