Much safer with a deep fryer. I love deep fryed carrots. I steam cook them for 5 minutes before I put them in the oil to make them softer on the inside.

LOL, you just made thousands of health food type gasp in horror. And, they do look like sweet potato fries. Do they taste like sweet potato fries? I love sweet potato fries.

Anyhow, if the yuppies were to watch this channel this would probably be a big foodie fad in places like Seattle or Portland. 😉
