I agree, well said! They even gave the tag 'impressive' with 8.0 ratings. If anything their honesty in criticising cons in games as a whole will help push game developers to develop better quality in game production.

I can honestly say product placement dosen't bother me, i like it...when you go to a real sporting event it's there..why not in a game to add realism..besides the ign website has advertising....

I have the Kinect Sports and it is pretty fun! It keeps you going for awhile but he is right, there are a few hiccups. But thats with every game

@chocoletFIRE You can play in your avatar's normal clothes/costume if you go to the Options, and change the clothing setting, so then you can play in whatever clothes you've downloaded.

it surprised me that on that aussie version of this game it's actually called football on the game's main menu when aussies refer to it as "soccer" & football as AFL

It's confirmed that they're launching a patch to track wrist movements, hand movements, and facial expressions. For new games and AvatarKinect.

For now it is true that kinect sports, the gunstringer, and forza motorsports 4 are the funnest games to play right now. Hate to say it but it's the truth but kinect is amazing and the things they can do with kinect are sky high and the games that are coming up, might make kinect the funnest game console like thing to play with

The only good thing about Eye Toy was you could use items (Staffs or W/E) on certain things.

@Austen364R amen to that. Its weird, back then there was an unanimous concept of fun that was attached to gaming. Looking back how dumb were we? Its all about undying loyalty, clouded judgment, and self-deprivation from unique experiences.

eyetoy came out 2001, they did not have web cams in the 80's....

@redwingfan41 it captured motion like kinect but it was more limited just because kinect is more updated doesn't mean its not a rip off of the eye toy it would be the first time microsoft ripped off someone they pretty much took the sega dreamcast button layout for there controllers

@Cynice49 the eye toy works nothing like kinect. It is very crude. the eye toy uses a low quality vga camera that can barely do 2d. Kinect is a whole different machine which uses 2 3d depth cameras that are much more accurate.

@sethmjH No, not a better version of the eyetoy. The same thing as the eyetoy, it doesn't matter if it has 25 cameras, its not going to help it.

And you don't understand the science behind Playstation Move. It is nothing like Wii. The only resemblence is the controller. The wii uses infra-red light to track the controller. Whille playstation move uses the known size of the ball on the end (to track your position in space), accelerometers, gyrometers, etc. so it knows the rotation and momentum
