Given, PR + QR = 25
So, PR = 25 - QR

Now, Using pythagoras theorem,
PR² = PQ² + QR²
(25-QR)² = (5)² + (QR)²
625 - 50QR + QR² = 25 + QR²
625 - 50QR = 25
-50QR = 25 - 625
-50QR = -600
QR = -600/-50
QR = 12cm

Then, PR = 25 - QR
PR = 25 - 12
PR = 13cm

I wanted to know if in exam we could directly write that.. 5, 12 and 13 are pythagoras triplets and 12+13=25 so hypotenuse will be 13 since its the longest side and so 12 will be the third side
