I went the auto route with my Challenger, and I was bored to death. Not for me. Got rid of it and I'm back in a manual 14 GT, I'll never go back.

The way to race these 6R80s from a roll is put it in manual select. Choose your gear. Mash the pedal and then immediately shift back into drive and let the trans do everything else.

My 13 GT has the auto 6r80, definitely solid and handles modifications with no problems. I still enjoy the mt-82s though, if it shifts it drifts! #S197life

This was a non select shift 6R80 right? A ratchet shifter is a must on a 6R80 without a select shift option. The 6R80 is a monster and puts power down extremely well, arguably better than even a 10 speed when it comes to actual hardware. Great transmissions for sure!

I really like my 6r80... I have my tuned by vmp and the shift points are firm and makes it feel really good.

Edit: To my fellow mustang community. So i need some help on locating a good OEM front bumper painted mainly but will do unpainted as well. Any website that you know is legitimate. Was on the highway and my boss 302 splitter flew right off.. very unfortunate but life goes on. Any help would be much appreciated
