Uplink OS - First 5 Minutes (with Commentary)

Join me in the first five minutes of Uplink, in which I create a new Uplink agent account and play the introductory mission all the while sporting the brand spanking new interface created in Uplink OS!

Uplink OS is a total graphical modification for 2001's indie cult hit Uplink: Trust is a Weakness by Introversion Software. It aims to bring a fresh look to the game's cyberpunk visuals and a much needed upgrade to its interface and usability.

The Mod will be released (hopefully) on the 1st of October 2016, celebrating 15 years since Uplink officially launched!

Well, Mr Stamate, you have done one hell of a job! It actually caused me to hunt down my collector's tin and install it, patch it and install this mod. I thank you, sir. Are you entertaining anything like re-adding the gateway graphics view? I made some detailed, custom gateways that I still hold on to.

Looks quite nice already. Other than vanilla Uplink, U:OS has actualy readable fontsize. :D

Aaah god thank for that, the original graphics were not made for big screen and it looked ... well not bad, but we could cleary see that it did not scaled and so: the bigger the monitor, the worse it was
Too bad no new content were added, still, playing it with the new facelift will be a lot of fun.

Well I got sugggested the devs video about this mod... I was so excited to see this mod because I recently been thinking about this game and replaying it again.... You see I am a cd owner.... Now I havent quite tried tonight I got work tomorrow but I plan tomorrow to instal the orginal game and this mod and give it a go. so I was wondering I read both you how to for SSteam and Gog and the process is essntially the same so I was wondering if the process would be the same for orginal cd players.... If I asked you something outside of your scoped I apoligizes. I am looking forward to it regardless
