You actually dont need to predict her E when you want to dodge it with your Ult, when the distance isnt too close. I was a ADC main before and played plenty of Vayne and her E projectile is really big so it is actually possebile to react to it, when you recognize the projectile, but it is still rly hard.

I’m not a challenger player just around D2-3 adc main. There’s just no way for you to win vayne (just 1v1 on top Lane) if you really know how to play vayne. But again you will never get 1v1 really when enemy jungle sees vayne too

I think is not that easy, u had that cheese lvl 1 because she was coming from the river. If she has patience and tumble your e you are probably death. So for me is an all in very risky.
