Loved the Sonia Recotti quote about letting go and having faith. Sounds easy to do but is not always so easy in practice. However, practice is the optimal word...the more you do, the easier it becomes. I also like a Sharon Salzberg quote - "Mindfulness isn’t difficult. We just need to remember to do it" which is true in most of our lives. A lot of us just zombie walk through the day on autopilot. Just a few minutes of mindfulness can definitely make a change for the better.
