To everyone talking shit about Solo, guys at the moment of the video Hope was just starting to recover from her right shoulder surgery (which is the one she uses in this very video).. So, when you don't know, then don't say anything !! ;)

@lkmeehan yeah, my point was more along the lines of if she can muscle the db up and does not need to use her body wouldn't you want to move up in weight so you are actually benefitting from the movement? but then again, I am not a strength coach for the us national team. maybe that's why she let those goals in against japan

@Electric1Shadow5 She has a busted shoulder so that's probably why the weight is so low in her right arm. Probably should have shown someone who has a healthy shoulder and can actually snatch correctly. No excuse for the lack of triple extension, though.

its all a bunch of bullshit I've played sports my whole life. My vert is 39 inches and This is what you need to do. Find the steepest hill you can and sprint up it 10-20 times every day depending on the length, also jump rope for 20 minutes a day and find a tall box and jump on it over and over. People over think training. You need to act like an animal and just do it until your done.
