I have experienced terrible service from Edmonds Orthopedic Center . This center management are doing very poor job .
i have seen a few doctors last for 1 yr due to my health problem . Always When I called to make appt.because of my dr's referral
Not because I wanted to come here, I had to spend a lot of time to set up a appt. Never one call could get a appt.
and They returned call me left a message .so When i called again I will have to leave a message again to Call center, This is very bad system . Basically This system give patient run around big time . They should get rid of using call center to connect Drs. They should develop other way such as Direct connection each Dr office assistance . Simplify appointment method with patients . One time I got a call after 3 weeks ago left a message to set up appt.with DR, Proliance called me 3 weeks later after I already made a apt. with other medical center .
Very ridiculous !!! . Also I heard from my friends that They feel exactly same as my exp. and Unless proliance change and improve the system, This center doesn't have a future and going down .
