this game didnt necessarily have better "graphics" than any game after this, but the styling is unmatched, the notes, the note bar at the bottom, the star power, the encapsulated feeling of it, like imagine if warriors of rock had this games note style, the whole highway is a work of art, not to mention that this game is easy to play, i feel that also played a role in its popularity even if the community itself thinks its too easy. world tour was a rushed bad game, and the style of it didnt feel like guitar hero, the notes look dull and drained of life, the life of wt is just the setlist, not the game itself
