Sigils,
Think of your base as a grid.
What you have is the center square.
Expand out the eight squares around you and rebuild your train and tracks to these new districts.
Thanks to the create mod you can blueprint your existing buildings, take the materials you built them with, and automatically have them rebuilt in their new spot from their original materials!

I think he forgets, but you use cinder flower to make blaze cakes, and you have an infinite supply blaze cakes, which means you have an infinite supply of cinder flower

Sigils, I have an idea on how to fix your mob factory. Go to the nether and put a minecart contraption assembler(i think thats the name of it) with a minecart under a blaze spawner, then turn it into a minecart contraption and then pick it up with a wrench. Once you have it you can go back to your factory and put it down. Idk if it will 100% work but its worth giving it a try.

SIGILS! You wanted blaze rods, right?
Try out the Create: Netherless mod. It allows for the crafting of Nether-related blocks, such as blaze rods, soul sand, and the blaze burner, among others. It also has a much simpler method of creating netherrack, (spout water onto a magma block). In short, I think this mod would work great for you!

You don't have to have a train that stops at every single stop. As long as all trains stop at one stop. Make them all stop off at your main building. Dropping off the items that some of the trains can't go get. And then the train that goes to the station that needs that certain item can pick it up and drop it where it needs to be.

14:03 Sigils you can use drawer trims from the drawers mod to bulk transport items in seconds and use brass funnels with item filter for cobblestone only and have a drawer controller slave to pull cobble out of your storage and the netherack to drop off your storage, which then u can have the train to pick it up and haunt them then deposit back in the storage then take them with the other train and drop them off at the crusher

Ah the trains, I have no physical experience in the Create Mod but there’s always a way through the problems

Train possibility - just have different trains connect to different dispensers (sorry if that’s the wrong word, only know minecraft & create through watching Sigils and co) at each station and set those dispensers to only allow whatever you want on that particular train. Might need to space the dispensers out a bit or/and trains having a bit longer at each station to fill up/drop off but otherwise shouldn’t have to change too much.

In order to filter on your trains you can make it so they don’t have items vaults which take everything and switch them for a bunch of toolboxes which you can filter
