It still baffles me how a band like Slipknot was able to get as hugely popular as they are. If you'd have told me as a teen in the 90's being a massive GWAR fan that a heavy ass band of 9 masked dudes would be Roadrunner's first platinum selling act I'd have laughed in your face, lol. I'm still pleasantly surprised.
