Pep can walk away whenever he wants, he's earned it. The man has brought every trophy to our club he must have a stand named after in and he must be given the freedom of Manchester he's an absolute god.

I agree with the 10 year service scenario but I think even more important to him would be his personal involvement in the succession plan to his leadership - being a tactical deep thinker and with City part of his DNA it would make sense for him to pick his successor with the help of Hugo, and think all fans would want him too if and when he decides to leave.

Pep's decision to stay at City, IMHO, is predominantly about his family. Mainly his children. They might become more British than Spanish. IF he and bride is okay with having British children, providing ATP FFP and 115 has an acceptable development or (I pray) conclusion, he will be there for another 3 seasons. If, the fans are still happy/content with City's victories, league wins and silverware, he will remain beyond another 5 years. Hopefully by then, WHU FC are a top 4 club.
