Matt your shout out to single parents made me tear up! Even though I had a spouse I was the only one caring for both of my boys when they came home from the hospital and both times I had had a c-section! Seeing young men taking such care of their wife and baby touches my heart! Abby I’m so glad you have a good man to help you during these trying times as a new mama!

I like how you don't sugarcoat parenthood. Some vloggers I watch make it look too easy, and then I start feeling like I'm doing something wrong (mother of 2 babies under 2yo). When you are actually devoted to being a good parent and taking the best care of your baby, it's hard work! So rewarding, though! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I also love how BOTH parents take on the work! Sometimes too much is left for the mother alone to do, and that's not right.... I mean she just carried the baby for 9 months and gave birth! She could use some help! ❤️❤️❤️

Love seeing Matt holding Griffin so securely in one arm -- just precious. I think that "Little Dude" has bad reflux -- his discomfort looks so similar to my older son's...really bad reflux. Just imagine his discomfort if you've ever had reflux!!

First of all mad respect Matt, no matter what shift I was working I got up and did changes and feedings for both of my kiddos and let their mom sleep. You're doing it right man no matter how hard it is you'll look back on it and be beyond glad you did it.

Our son who is 21 months now was the same way. Turned out it was acid reflux, so we elevated his bassinet by putting a book under it. Helped a lot! Sometimes he was super gassy as well, depending on what I ate due to breast feeding. Y’all are doing great! Keep it up! It goes by fast!

It's been so awesome watching y'all be such great parents to baby Griffin! Matt it's so sweet how you tell Abby she's so great when you're watching her with Griffin. Matt, you however are also very great with Griffin! It's been awesome when I watch one of y'all's videos or shorts and it's showing Matt getting up taking care of Griffin so Abby can get some sleep. I'm still a fairly new subscriber to y'all being I've only been one for a few months and I could tell right away y'all were going to be great parents! It's so awesome watching y'all take such loving care of baby Griffin! I really hope in the future y'all plan on having more children because while you guys are great here on YouTube you can tell you're both wonderful being parents! Matt, I love the way you viscerally described such a beautiful detailed perspective of the character role in life of “parent”. Such a wonderful and brilliant thought on the comparison with walking away from another human if you need a moment, or space, but with a baby, you just can’t leave them. It’s like you unlock knew coping mechanisms and skills of adapting quickly and thinking/feeling on your feet. Dang.
