There is no one, not a single one that can make music like Eden does. There is something about his songs that will always let him stand out

Call me back seems to tie all the songs together. I mean, it can't be a coincidence that we get this music video later compared to the other 3. There is a lot to unpack here though I want to highlight what I thought was the most striking.

The whole paparazzi thing with the cameras, in Sci-fi, The guy was smiling at her even though he is still haunted by what I assumed is the idea of her or her past self. But in Call me back, She doesn't even see his face smiling at her, and she is blinded by all the lights. These little moments bring continuity to all his new music videos so far. Another thing to note is the NASCAR thing with Eden and this girl reminded me of 909. There was a line in that song, "racing in circles again, " which is interesting because it is brought up here again.

What got me scratching my head is that I'm not sure if all of this is a story about two people and different versions of themselves and the things that they did to cope with their loss or not. I think this theory makes sense because, in Ballin, it seemed to be another story about how to let go of the past. After all, at the end of that video, both the old lady and young lady are connected somehow, perhaps because they are the same person! Another example of past versions of selves is In modern warfare and Elsewhere. Both of those songs are about friends who cannot be together anymore, as evidenced by the left-behind broken-down car at the end of that video.

I love all of EDEN's music. It is striking to me that his music says something more profound about relationships and grievances; maybe it's because I find that I really relate to it.

I’ve been listening to this guy’s songs for a while now, since The Eden Project.

You and your songs have always been in the journey that my life has been till this very moment, through the good, the bad, the worst and the best moments of my life in the last 8 years at least.

This is just another magical piece, I can’t deny that I’ve been needing one.
