I like to see the main version and this one as dual-sides of the conflict, neither Merlina or Sonic are really the hero or villain of this story, they're both just trying to do what they believe is right. Excellent stuff, I miss the Jason Griffith/Dark Age of Sonic stories.

I love this game, dunno, sonic stories may be a little edgy, but are they are always interesting, like, in this game the climax of the story is basically a ideological clash between who think that the world should have and end, because it gives value to the time we have and someone who thinks that the world should be eternal, and everything, inmortal.
