I have been very vocal about this for a long time now; on this channel and every other channel I could post on.
If Ottawa had acted even once in good faith for decades, we wouldn't be thinking about this issue now. Even Once!
We have lost billions; and, paid out nearly as much to support Eastern Canada, while they have done nothing but gaslight and railroad our successful attempt to develop our resources and potential.
Decades have proven to us that this is not a battle we can ever win, or even negotiate successfully on.
It's nice to have illusions of a country that works together for the common good of all; but, let's face it, it's an illusion.
This is the inevitable direction Ottawa has continued to place us in. This is not just the ONLY way to survive this Eastern tyranny; but, is definitely the ONLY way to thrive as the strong, resourceful province we are!
We either fail as Western Provinces to please the megalomaniacs in Ottawa: or, we become a successful United and Sovereign Western Canada!
