Based on a True Story seems like it wouldn't be your typical film where Natalia Dyer would also be a part of it. Apart from her role in Stranger Things, she's done an incredible job in other projects as well.

So the guy fell off a building and a group of people who like True Crime decided so solve the murder, I don't like the title though, maybe it should've been called "Murders in the building" if only someone had of thought of that. Man this story is so so original, no way the creators could be accused of Plagiarism.

Premise is aounds very "only murders in the building" but by the end it seems it would be different enough. Maybe i missed it but if its just a film id consider watching but everything seems to be a series these days. I'd skip it if so.
