Hey guys, just wanted to share my thoughts on today's FMGE exam. The level of the exam was quite high, much more than just a screening test. I would recommend preparing with the mindset of NEET PG and INI-CET. Focus on practicing clinical scenarios and rely on detailed notes like Marrow or Prepladder. Avoid wasting time and money on random coaching centers in Gautam Nagar.

The question on hemlech manuver was more like.
The child swallowed a peanut. He’s bought to hospital. Breathless, cyanosis’ other critical conditions were present. And CPR was my answer (thinking hemlich manuver would not be useful in emergency ward when the child is about to passed away
