Very simple, US citizens can trade with a safe and regulated broker by trading either gold futures or gold futures options. Same product as xauusd just different leverage. With options you are in control of the effective leverage by choosing the option delta.

1) Become an ECP with a 10m+ networth
2) Open up an offshore Cayman Islands company (100K)
3) Buy a second passport (150K)
