I would just say it’s business…if trans people wanted to rent out my business I would let them too…

If your a business owner your job is to provide service food and place space for your guest. Your not allowed to ask questions what business they have for gatherings to kill the fun. Your a business owner as long as the gathering is not illegal or extreme and violence. Whatever belief gatherings of your guest or customers your service is your only business.

They're apologizing for allowing free speech. Let that sink in for a minute.

Imagine apologizing over allowing the wrong political party to have an event

The organization withheld what the event was about. Lies by omission legally count as lies.

Notice how they never specify exactly what was so transphobic or hateful about it. They love keeping it vague and expect you to just take their word for it 😂

Imagine apologizing for hurting the feelings of folks that think mutilating children & rendering them sterile is a good thing. Sigh.

Trans is meaningless since NBs are considered it

Leave the restaurant alone. They are hard working good people. They rented a space and are not at fault

restaurants cant be expected to do their research on every group that comes in esp. when it's vague/general like "SF GOP" instead of blatantly the KKK etc but when they started talking such hateful rhetoric they should've stepped in to ask them to stop or if they didn't stop to leave, especially if they have trans employees the manager needed to step up and defend his workers over profits because the republicans sure aren't.
