If you freeze the meat before slicing, then slightly defrost it so it’s semi-hard, you can get the desired thin slices.

NY, we don’t have African restaurants or African clubs where I live. After Seasoning the meat you put on the grill outside I assume. My apt complex doesn’t allow grills, can I put it, in the oven instead or the results won’t be the same?
