I recently purchased the Realme T310 Buds, expecting them to work seamlessly with my iPhone. Unfortunately, I discovered that they don't connect to the Realme Link app on iOS, which means I can't use the dual device connectivity feature—a key reason I bought them.

What’s more frustrating is that there was no mention on Realme’s website about this lack of support for iOS. When I reached out to customer service, the representative, Janavi, informed me that there’s no solution available, and that a refund or replacement isn’t possible. I was also told that this compatibility issue isn’t publicly disclosed and that customers should check with customer care before purchasing.

I believe this is a case of mis-selling, as consumers rely on clear and transparent information when making a purchase. I hope Realme takes this issue seriously and provides a resolution for customers like me who were unaware of these limitations.

I just bought it today but i am facing a major issue my left side earphone not showing sometime but when i put inside it in case then again they shows both and my friend bought the t300 which i would say is better choice because both are almost the same

Bhaiya ji kya aap hmko a bata skta hain ki realme t310 me noise cancelation on krne ke baad he bass jyda aata hai aa bina on kiye kyuki mera kal delivered hua t310 lakin bina noise cancelation on kiye aacha sound or bass nahi aata hai a sbka wala me hota hai aa sirf mera wala me reply sir ji plz

मैं इसे 1 हप्ते से यूज़ कर रहा हूं बहुत अच्छा है मगर पब्लिक प्लेस में बात करने में दिक्कत होती है सबसे ज्यादा दिक्कत हेलमेट लगा कि होती है बाइक राइडिंग के लिए ही लिया था मगर इसमे ये पास नही हुवा बाकी आवाज बहुत अच्छी आती है बैटरी ठीक है
