Cypher deserves a buff. Honestly Reyna's fine, the only thing I'd say is buff the flash a little and/or maybe give a bit more flexibility to her dismiss and healing? Maybe make it so healing can go through thin walls or wallbangable places but not the thicker ones of course and maybe make the dismiss just a bit longer so it could be used for info

I think Raze is the best duelist as of rn. Even though Phoenix buff's are great. The only reason I can see Phoenix being on top as a duelist is in the case a player is a little worse meaning Low Elo or hasn't taken the time to master Raze. Phoenix doesn't take long to master.

The point he made towards breach is valid tbh, he's a very good initiator but only if you have teammates who can take advantage of his utility and so far all teams I have played with as breach did not use my utility such as literally stunning a spot on a site and making the enemy team more vulnerable but they would ignore that then get killed

i believe reyna needs a change to her dismiss, to still allow her to get out of situations fast, but to allow her to entry too. i think it needs to be kinda like a jett dash, to allow her to get out of places, but be able to entry. maybe make you move way faster while in dismiss or something that would allow reyna to entry.

i think for cypher buffs they need to make it so that if you go through his cage you get marked and maybe even sucked like astra. and i think they need to completely rework his ultimate because its so unbelievably bad

Chamber > Fade

Fade can sometimes be a nuisance just for the fact that she can't clear ops a majority of the time. Because Chamber/Jett combo is so prominent right now, this automatically should make her fall behind Chamber but I digress. Secondly, Chamber literally dominates the sentinel role whilst fade doesn't. You can replace fade with Kay/o, Skye, or Sova on basically any map and do fine, while with Chamber you're missing out on a lot just for not running him. Lastly Chamber is #1 is every single map across the board in the sentinel role, fade isn't by far. Don't know what went wrong with the tier list but this isn't near as accurate as it could be.

The reason why Yoru is in B tier is because he has a very high skill ceiling (probably the highest in the game), hence why many players don't wanna spend the time into mastering his kit as there are simpler and objectively better agents than him. However, a true Yoru main can destroy the enemy team single handedly at times, as not a lot of people have that experience of playing against one. Hence why Riot said that Yoru has a great win rate in higher MMRs since most of the Yoru mains there have mastered him well. He's a B tier agent overall, but when you've mastered his kit and some useful tech, he can be as high as A tier, or even S tier.

"Viper is the mainstay controller on pearl"?!?!? Literally Astra has a 100% pick rate on pearl during the playoff stage of champs. I can understand solo queue and coordinated play are different but still 100% pick rate compared to vipers 17%. yes astra takes more coordination then viper, but even in a solo queue setting her strength on that map is noticably stronger then viper.
