I think Phoenix should be in S tier because he has no competition as a pop-flasher. He also has a molly like KAY/O so he will be a popular pick for people shifting from maining him. He's an insanely reliable duelist who has value even without having to frag out. due to his flashes, wall and molly. I used to play KAY/O and was considering switching but alas, I prefer playing chamber due to his trip which absolutely ruins low-elo "lurks" which are all too common and catch my team off-guard way more than they should

The broken ability of Chamber (and why Jett is no longer an S tier) is because holding an off angle and then quickly leaving it after making contact is too broken.
In other words, the tip of the spear in Chambers' kit is his Rendezvous, and Jett is mid A tier because her dash is now way too slow.
Riot should either significantly nerf Chamber's Rendezvous and revert his Trademark back to 2 traps to solidify his role as Sentinel, or keep his kit as it is and change his official role to Duelist.

Honestly I'd put Raze in B tier, idk if I'm just shit with it but her ult is so inconsistent for me. Literally, I've rocketed right next to a person, not even 2 inches away, they do a little hop to the side and survive when they most likely shouldn't have. Either it just doesn't kill or does 145 - 149 damage

My ranking as a solo q silver player best to worst:
1st Chamber ( still op, i dont think he needs nerfs tho, they just need to buff other sentinels )
2nd Fade ( she needs nerfs )
3th Phoenix ( i HATE his flashes now )
4th Omen ( Has carrying potantial, thats it )
5th Raze ( Boom boom )
6th Neon ( Really solid on solo q )
7th Viper ( Since this is silver, there is no line ups, but she is still good without those )
8th Killjoy ( She is op when enemies dont know they can destroy her abilities :) )
9th Brimstone ( Simple and good )
10th / 11th Skye / Kayo ( No more free kills ;( But they are still really solid )
12th Sage ( Good. )
13th Yoru ( There are better options, and enemies dont fall for fake tps cuz they dont use headphones )
14th Reyna ( Eeh, not really good if you are not smurfing )
15th Breach ( Not good for solo q tbh, but is insane if you have a duo )
16th Sova ( i forgot to place him lmao and i dont feel like changing the whole thing, also he is bad for solo q cuz u cant really carry with him )
17th Cypher ( Useless )
18th Astra ( Who? )

Astra should be in A tier, the nerfs only made her harder to play, she’s not the meta anymore but her global support with her power ability’s should make her an A tier. Also, her smokes are good along with her fake smokes, there also one of the biggest in the game.
