In this video, I, together with our customer, consider how we did Customization for his business processes for one of his companies.

Our client has many businesses and this is one of them.

The whole business of the client is that he finds customers and sells them to those who give limousines for rent.

How the whole process works in general:
1. Initially, my client is a good marketer and he generates traffic to his website, where it is proposed to rent a limousine in a particular city. Traffic is generated in almost all cities in the United States and Canada;
2. The client leaves a request on the site and the application arrives at #Bitrix24;
3. There the manager contacts the client and confirms the order;
4. Then the manager sends by mail and SMS the details of the order to partners in the city where the client from the website looking to rent a limousine.
