Ah, I see what happened. A hack was used that replaced Akuma with Juggernaut, since the boss characters are impossible to unlock in the arcade version without cheats.
I also find it interesting that iron girders show up every time Juggernaut is on screen, rather than just in his stage, all so he can pull one up to whack the opponent. That's a nice touch!

As big as he is, it's the first time I've ever seen Juggernaut reach past 16 hits in a combo in any Marvel or X-Men game. Juggernaut was my main man of choice. He would always end matches in a heartbeat. Like he said in Marvel Super Heroes: "A few hits, and it's over. They just don't make it like they used to!"
