On my first playthrough I actually found him around the appropriate level, and it really was awesome. Underrated indeed

Underrated, fought him early and gave me one of the hardest fights in the game, left a crazy good impression especially because of the arena and it was the first dragonkin soldier I fought. If he was the only dragonkin soldier in the game, everyone would put it in their top 10

Hopefully we see more about them or another variation of them in the DLC. One that gives everyone a hard time they deserve it and are so cool to me.

I fought this particular Dragonkin Soldier pretty early on and it was one of my favorite experiences the first time around.

Me and a friend actually did a painting of him jumping up ready to slam down a lightning spear while my character was mid cast of the bolt of gransax ash of war, we did the background the nokron sky where u fight the dragon kin there

Before I knew what I was doing in this game I was there waaaay under leveled and fought him all night but he was so epic I couldn’t be mad about it. Finally beat him and he will be one of the bosses that stay in my memory forever

The coolest thing about this fight is the person in the background on the chair. The environment for this fight is great.

I actually missed this boss and had to fight it after I had beaten the game at which point I was way too overleveled. It didn't even phase transitions.

I just fought this boss again last night and thought the same thing. One of the coolest and most fun hidden bosses in the game.

Back when Elden Ring was about to be released, one of the first leaked videos I watched was this boss fight (I didn't mind spoilers because I thought it would take a long time before I could get to play the game). I immediately fell in love with the design a moveset of this boss. When I finally got to play Elden Ring I wasn't disappointed, but it surely needs more hp.
Yesterday I decided to tackle the early game bosses with a +0 weapon (crucible knight build) on ng+2 and this fight was even better.
