FILM DESCRIPTION:
Seven years after the Monsterpocalypse, Joel Dawson, along with the rest of humanity, has been living underground ever since giant creatures took control of the land. After reconnecting over the radio with his high school girlfriend, Aimee, who is now 80 miles away at a coastal colony, Joel begins to fall for her again. As Joel realizes that there's nothing left for him underground, he decides to venture out to Aimee, despite all the dangerous monsters that stand in his way.

I love how they did this they kept the natural appearance of a lamprey but made unnatural features on its head and how I can survive on land even though lampreys are sea animals

I went pessimistic watching this movie but it turned out to be great and I actually had ton of fun watching it! Plus the Dog's storyline is another story in itself so that was a +1 for me too!

Just watched the explosion part in slo-mo. Crazy how real it looks. As he is flying through the air, his foot actually kicks/hits a piece of the monster's blow apart body. How do they make it look so real?
