My personal opinion: I sometimes feel like it’s embarrassing to apologize in front of everyone where people can hear the apology. So sometimes I just tell the person that I’m sorry privately without anyone knowing. I don’t know if that what NayVee thinks:feels but that’s my opinion :) [IM NOT ON ANYONE’S SIDE]

Kass, I love ya, I love how real you are and how vulnerable you are about so many difficult situations - arguing with the sibs, playing referee in arguments you’re not even involved in, your miscarriage and journey to your rainbow baby…I admire your strength and honesty.

Now that my love has been made known, PLEASE tell me that y’all didn’t eat at chain restaurants the entire trip? I’m hoping that you and Josh got out and tried local food, met people who were born and raised on the islands, basically worked to stretch the comfort zone! That’s one of the best things about traveling!

I love watching y’all’s videos❤️ The relationship you have with your siblings reminds me of the relationship I had with my cousin. She passed away in 2020 and I wish I’d known how precious my time was with her when I had it. Watching y’all have fun and bond just reminds me of her and it makes me soooo happy to see how close y’all are and how much you love each other!…even in the hard times. In my personal opinion and from experience as an older and younger sibling, you can’t really have sides. It’s not particularly fair to say one person is right and the other is wrong because what it does is invalidate the feelings of the other party. It’s fine to be upset that they hurt your feelings, but it also seems you’re being dismissive of theirs. They could’ve expressed themselves perhaps in a more kind fashion, but you should never involve other people in your personal drama, particularly when you’re the older sibling. It sets a bad precedent and might cause more issues in the future. They’re teenagers and it often comes with the territory and from what it sounds like they did at least try to apologise.

I can feel where kass is coming from. As an older sibling is hard being involved in your younger siblings lives. Kass tries so hard to be involved in a fun way, sees them daily and deeply wants to be a big part of her siblings lives in the best way possible. She probably felt under appreciated. Sometimes it’s good to say sorry, even if you might not necessarily feel it, just because you were made aware you hurt someone’s feelings.

You are a good big sister!!! The Bible says not to let the sun go down on an argument. I would get it resolved as soon as you are ready to deal with your siblings. Sometimes I need a few hours to calm down, think about things, etc., before I can talk to them, but I deal with it as soon as I calmed down. Everyone should always think before the act or say something, then there are fewer regrets. My situation was a little bit different because my sister has bipolar disorder, my brother has autism, and I have ADHD (and other disabilities), but every person & family is different. In my family we are very different, but we do have a lot in common too. Remember that they love you and like you. Being born & raised in San Diego, and surfing I have come across sharks, seals, sting rays, etc. It never gets old seeing them. Have fun in Hawaii!!!

This video is so wholesome. I have one brother and we argue *daily* .. and this showed me that I should probably start growing up instead of holding grudges all the time. I love how Kass was still very kind to her siblings and did not have a attitude throughout the day! If that were me, I would be moody and just not having it. Remember, everyone has their disagreements but in the end (most of the time) people all make up!💗🌟

I have a younger sibling, and I can totally relate to arguments. I understand both sides. Sometimes people make jokes that they think are funny in the moment, and then they regret them later. It can be hard or embarrassing to apologize sometimes, so maybe that’s what’s going on with Nayee, or maybe she just hasn’t realized yet that what she said maybe didn’t come out as a joke to you. I also understand your point of view, because I’m a really emotional person that takes jokes or comments to heart a lot. I’m not on anybody’s side, arguments have multiple sides and opinions to them. But you seem to have a really healthy and loving relationship with your siblings, so this will most likely pass naturally (like when I get in arguments with my younger sibling). My best piece of advice is to give it a few days, so that not you and Nayvee can fully think it through and have a good talk later on. You’ve got this Kass ❤

I think Nayvee was sorry but then she was over it 😅 You both operate differently, she is more introverted whereas you are much more extroverted and loud and open with every thought and feeling. The drama was literally exhausting her, whereas Kass was kept on edge with a lot of energy and talking with everyone else about all the drama 😆🥹

I think nayvee just wants to talk privately and not have it all be recorded for the world to see. Not every sibling is the same and some need different treatment. I get in fights with my siblings all the time. But, I never go and tell the rest of my family about it. Sometimes a small personal 1 on 1 convo will do. Love you guys💗

I know it's gonna hurt Kass but they are growing up to be young ladies in their own right and you have to accept that even though they still and will always love you, they might not want to hang about with their older married sister. Love how Kass is being positive still even though she is sad that she is in a fight! When she said hopefully we can all make up and all love each other melted my heart and when she was explain the story you could tell she was going to cry all of the nelson have manner and I know that they would not do this to be rude but I love you all and every sibling argues and that everyone can be in the wrong sometimes but not always i think they Didn't realsie what they had done but when you started to cry made me really sad and loved that part where she was saying sorry to liliee and she forgive her my own opion is that if someone is being rude or unkind or off with you give them space and wait till they come to u!
