Tom Cathcart and Dan Klein, have co-authored several books, including the New York Times Best Seller, Plato and a Platypus Walk into a Bar (Penguin, 2008). They’ve also co-authored Aristotle and an Aardvark Go to Washington (Abrams Image, 2009) and Heidegger and a Hippo Walk through Those Pearly Gates (Penguin Books, 2010). Thomas Cathcart spent most of his career in health care, including serving as chief operating officer of a hospital and directing a boarding home for people with HIV/AIDS. Cathcart is also the author of The Trolley Problem, or Would You Throw the Fat Guy Off the Bridge? A Philosophical Conundrum (Workman Publishing Company, 2013). Daniel Klein has written for many comedians, such as Lily Tomlin and Flip Wilson. Klein is the
author of a number of books, including the London Times Bestseller, Travels with Epicurus: A Journey to a Greek Island in Search of a Fulfilled Life (Penguin, 2014). His most recent book is Every Time I Find the Meaning of Life They Change It (Penguin, 2015).
